This planning application provided a new residential development consisting of 9 units with associated parking, bike store, bin store and amenity space. The concept was to create a functional, efficient, high quality and cost-effective residential development, targeted at key workers to cater for the demand from local employment areas.
The design took cues from the character of historic buildings within a local Conservation Area and was influenced by the “Essex Design Guide”.
