This total refurbishment and remodelling of a run-down 1960’s semi-detached dwelling turned a small dilapidated property with dark spaces into a light-filled, large modern house. We removed the dividing walls on the ground to create an open-plan living space - complete with a deep oak framed window seat at the front. The first floor was rebuilt with three bedrooms and a family bathroom and then by raising the existing roof we added a main bedroom suite (including en suite bath / shower, walk-in-wardrobe, and balcony).
The transformation to our house has been nothing short of incredible!
