This adaptive reuse and refurbishment of an existing degraded sports pavilion was constructed to an extremely tight budget. We developed a simple yet high impact design for construction by the client’s own set of subcontractors to enable them to update and remodel the existing worn-out facility for use by a local children’s football club and as a community venue.
It is great to see how the building has been remodelled and brought back to life
