This early stage Concept Design is for a new winery production facility, visitor tasting & function rooms and ancillary retail at an internationally renowned stud farm in Hertfordshire. The scheme provides for the following:

- New state-of-the-art Wine Production and Storage Facility with visitor tasting room within an existing Covered Manége.
- A new timber framed Visitors Centre and associated back-of-house facilities at basement level.
- Conversion of an existing Grade II listed stables, sensitively refurbished and modified to provide a Wine Tasting Barn for visiting members of the public.
- Refurbishment of a Grade II listed Coach House to provide for two ancillary retail units open to visiting members of the public and private guests.
