Our single storey Courtyard House project was completed in 2012. This design for a rooftop extension seeks planning permission for an additional sunroom, bedroom, shower, sauna, and roof terrace.
The form is carefully considered to reduce the visual impact of the extra storey and avoid overshadowing of neighbouring properties. The red metal standing seam roof material is proposed to compliment the red London brick of the existing property.
