The existing property is a locally listed building within the Norwood Grove Conservation Area in Croydon, London.

This project seeks planning permission for a contemporary single storey extension with internal modifications to modernise the general ground floor layout and provide an open plan kitchen / dining / lounge space together with a new exterior deck and brise soleil. Renovation works will include the repainting of exterior masonry and rainwater goods together with the replacement of existing uPVC windows and doors with period detailed timber framed double glazed units.
